Our Word of the Month Subscription delivers one bracelet each month, featuring a new word designed to spread kindness and intention. Subscribers receive exclusive access to subscriber-only product drops and special perks throughout their membership.

All subscriptions are billed on the 1st of each month, no matter when you signed up. If you subscribe on the last day of the month, you’ll be charged again the next day for the upcoming month’s bracelet. Once billed, your order will follow our standa
What happens if I miss the skip deadline?
If your subscription has already processed:. The order will ship as scheduled. The month cannot be skipped or refunded. Skips apply to future billing cycles only.
Can I update my shipping address?
You may update your shipping address until your shipping label is created. We recommend reviewing your address during the billing reminder window to ensure accuracy.
If I subscribe late in the month, will I still get that month’s bracelet?

Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes. Subscriptions require a three (3) billing cycle minimum.

What is the Gold Letter upgrade?
