You can choose from two subscription plans:
- 6-Month Prepaid – Pay $108 upfront and save 10%
- 12-Month Prepaid – Pay $204 upfront and save 15%
No matter which plan you choose, you'll receive one bracelet delivered every month.
What's the difference between the plans?
The only difference is how often you're billed.
- 6-Month Plan: Charged once every 6 months
- 12-Month Plan: Charged once every 12 months
Your bracelet still ships every month regardless of your billing schedule.
How much do I save with a prepaid plan?

Prepaying lowers the cost per bracelet while giving you the exact same subscription experience.
Will I still receive a bracelet every month?
Yes! Every subscription includes one bracelet delivered each month, regardless of which billing option you select.
Do I receive the same subscriber perks?
Yes! All subscription benefits remain the same, including subscriber perks and the ability to skip a month's shipment.
Can I change my bracelet size or metal color after ordering?
No. Please carefully select your size and metal color during checkout.
Once your subscription order is placed, these selections are locked and cannot be changed for the duration of your prepaid plan.
If you choose a 12-month prepaid subscription, you'll receive that same size and color for all 12 monthly shipments.
Can I cancel my prepaid subscription?
You can turn off automatic renewal at any time, but prepaid subscriptions are final sale.
Your prepaid subscription will continue through the months you've already purchased, and your bracelets will continue arriving each month until your prepaid term is complete.
Are prepaid subscriptions refundable?
No. All 6-month and 12-month prepaid subscriptions are final sale.
Once payment has been processed, we cannot issue full or partial refunds.
What happens if I turn off auto-renewal early?
Turning off auto-renewal only prevents your next renewal payment.
It does not cancel or refund the subscription you've already paid for.
Example:
If you purchase a 6-month prepaid plan and turn off auto-renewal after 3 months:
- You will continue receiving the remaining 3 bracelets.
- You will not be charged again after your prepaid term ends.
- Your original payment is not refunded.
Does my subscription renew automatically?
Yes. All subscription plans automatically renew unless you turn off auto-renewal before your next billing date.
- 6-month prepaid plans renew every 6 months.
- 12-month prepaid plans renew every 12 months.
How do I stop my subscription from renewing?
You can manage your subscription anytime by logging into your account.
Simply:
- Log into your account.
- Open your subscription.
- Turn Auto Renewal off.
There's no need to contact Customer Experience to stop future renewals.
What happens after my prepaid plan ends?
If auto-renewal remains on, you'll automatically be billed for another prepaid term.
If you've turned off auto-renewal before your renewal date, your subscription will end after you've received all of the bracelets included in your prepaid plan.
Is the monthly subscription still available?
Yes! If you'd rather not pay in advance, you can continue choosing the monthly subscription. It costs a little more per bracelet, but you're only billed one month at a time.
