Little Words Project offers a monthly Word of the Month subscription service. By subscribing, you confirm acceptance of our Terms of Service. Each subscription has a three-month billing commitment. After that, you may cancel anytime through your account portal.

Subscriptions auto-renew monthly on the same calendar date, and your payment method will be charged automatically. If your billing date falls on the 29th, 30th, or 31st, renewal will process on the last available day of shorter months.


You’ll receive a billing reminder approximately 72 hours before processing. Skips must be submitted before billing and do not count toward your minimum commitment. Once a subscription order has billed, the order is considered final and cannot be canceled, skipped, or refunded, except where required by law.


You may update your address before order processing begins, including the creation of shipping labels. Subscription items ship separately and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or size exchanges. Free U.S. shipping is included. Taxes may apply.


Missed payments will retry up to three times. After that, the subscription may be canceled. Subscriptions are U.S. only. Promotions, rewards, and discount codes do not apply unless explicitly stated.


Gift subscriptions are pre-paid and do not auto-renew. All terms apply per subscription.


SECTION 23 – SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
Little Words Project offers a Word of the Month Subscription Service that delivers one bracelet each month featuring an exclusive, inspiring word. By subscribing, you agree to these Subscription Terms and our full Terms of Service.
Automatic Renewal & Billing:
Subscriptions automatically renew each month on the same calendar date as your original purchase. If your renewal date falls on a non-existent day in a shorter month (e.g., January 31), your subscription will process on the last day of the month (e.g., February 28). You will be billed automatically using your saved payment method. A reminder email will be sent 72 hours before billing. A subscription is considered “processed” once payment is successfully charged.
Minimum Commitment:
All subscriptions require a minimum of three (3) billed cycles before they are eligible for cancellation. Skipped months do not count toward this minimum. After meeting this requirement, you may cancel at any time via your subscription portal.
Skipping:
You may skip a future month after completing your first billing cycle. Skips must be submitted through your portal before your next billing date. Skipped months will not be charged or shipped.
Cancellations:
You may cancel your subscription after completing the three-month minimum. Cancellations must be made before your next billing date to avoid future charges. Processed orders cannot be refunded, skipped, or canceled. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable law.
Shipping & Address Changes:
Shipping is free within the U.S., including Puerto Rico, Guam, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, and Hawaii. Address changes must be submitted prior to order processing and label creation. Subscription shipments are handled separately and cannot be combined with other orders.
Returns & Exchanges:
All Word of the Month subscription items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange, including for size, color, or word preference. A subscription order is considered processed once your payment has been successfully charged. After this point, the order cannot be canceled, skipped, refunded, or modified in any way.
Subscription items are covered under a limited subscription-only warranty. This warranty applies exclusively to Word of the Month items and covers manufacturing defects only. Replacements are not guaranteed.
Gift Subscriptions:
Gift subscriptions are prepaid for 3, 6, or 12 months and do not auto-renew. Recipients must activate their subscription via the provided email link and manage their preferences in the portal. Gift months do not apply toward the gifter's personal subscription. Gifted months cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Word Previews:
Each upcoming word is revealed before billing, so you can decide to keep, skip, or gift that month. Changes to bracelet size or letter color (white or gold) must be made in your portal before your next renewal date.
Multiple Subscriptions:
You may manage multiple active subscriptions (e.g., white and gold styles) at the same time. Each subscription is billed and fulfilled independently.
Payment Failures:
If your payment fails, we will retry your card once per day for three (3) consecutive days. You’ll receive email notifications with instructions to update your payment method. If payment is not successfully completed within this period, your subscription will be canceled. Failure to receive a reminder does not affect billing.
Promotions & Rewards:
Subscription orders are not eligible for promotions, loyalty redemption codes, TYB rewards, discount codes, cashback, or other promotional offers unless explicitly stated. Gift cards may be applied only to the initial subscription purchase and cannot be used toward recurring subscription charges. Customers will earn loyalty points on subscription purchases, but redeemed loyalty codes cannot be applied toward subscriptions.
Subscription Access & Management:
You may manage your subscription, such as skipping, gifting, updating address or size preferences, and canceling (after eligibility), via the Subscriptions section of your Little Words Project account. Subscriptions are available through our website and app. Gift subscriptions are currently available online only.
