If a payment fails, here’s what to expect:
Our system will automatically retry your card once per day for up to three (3) days, starting from your original billing date.
You’ll receive notifications during this time prompting you to update your payment method.
If payment is not successfully completed after the retry period, your subscription will be canceled.
To avoid interruption, we recommend updating your payment details as soon as you receive a notification of a failed payment.
