How does billing and shipping work for subscriptions?Updated 2 months ago

All subscriptions are billed on the 1st of each month, no matter when you signed up. If you subscribe on the last day of the month, you’ll be charged the next day again for the upcoming month’s bracelet. 

Once billed, your order will follow our standard processing timeline of 7-10 business days. We’ll send you a reminder email 72 hours before each billing date so you have time to make any updates.
