To qualify for a replacement, your bracelet must be&#xA0;<a href="https://www.littlewordsproject.com/pages/connect-your-word">connected</a>, and you&#x2019;ll need to send us a photo of the damaged item.</li><li style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;">Charms: We are pleased to offer a one-time replacement for any broken charms under our warranty. To qualify, you must provide your original order number and a photo of the broken charm when making a warranty claim. Please note that once the charm has been replaced, any additional replacements will incur a charge.</li><li style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;">Engraved Items: We are pleased to offer a one-time replacement for any broken engraved items under our warranty.
