However, there are a few guidelines to keep in mind:<h4 id="whats-covered">What&#x2019;s Covered?</h4><ul><li style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;">Original Word Bracelets: Our warranty covers structural issues such as broken or snapped elastic or beads falling off. To qualify for a replacement, your bracelet must be&#xA0;<a href="https://www.littlewordsproject.com/pages/connect-your-word">connected</a>, and you&#x2019;ll need to send us a photo of the damaged item along with the original order number.</li><li style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;">Charms: Covered under a 1-year warranty with a one-time replacement for broken charms. To qualify, provide your original order number and a photo of the damaged charm. Once a charm has been replaced, any additional replacements will incur a charge.</li><li style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;">Engraved Items/Little Luxuries: Covered under a 1-year warranty with a one-time replacement for broken pieces. To qualify, provide your original order number and a clear photo of the damaged item. Once replaced, any additional replacements will incur a charge.</li><li style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;">Other Products: Items such as&#xA0;Lanyards, Bag Charms, Necklaces, and other items are covered under a 1-year warranty for breakage or structural failure. To qualify, provide a clear photo and your original order number. Each item is eligible for a one-time replacement within one year of purchase.</li></ul><h4 id="whats-not-covered">What&#x2019;s Not Covered?</h4><ul><li style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;">Tarnishing and Discoloration: Exposure to water, sweat, chemicals (like sunscreen, hand sanitizer, or perfume), or ordinary wear and tear can cause tarnishing, which is not covered under this warranty.</li><li style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;">Lost or Stolen Items: Our warranty does not cover items that have been lost, stolen, or misplaced.</li><li style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;">Sizing Issues: Our warranty does not cover sizing issues from ordering or purchasing the wrong size.</li><li style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;">Final sale/Warehouse purchases: Our warranty does not cover items marked as final sale or purchased in a warehouse sale.</li><li style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;">Restringing or Word Changes: We do not offer restringing services or the ability to change the word on a bracelet through our warranty process. Claims submitted without both will be denied at our discretion. Little Words Project&#xAE; reserves the right to deny any claims that do not meet the outlined criteria.</li><li data-start="423" data-end="684" style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Duplicate images or claims: Submitting the same or substantially similar photos for multiple warranty claims&#x2014;whether on one account or across different accounts&#x2014;voids warranty eligibility for the item.
