We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we create, and we want to ensure that you love your Little Words® items for years to come. That’s why we offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty on our products! However, there are a few guidelines to keep in mind:
What’s Covered?
Original Word Bracelets: Our warranty covers structural issues such as broken or snapped elastic, or beads falling off. To qualify for a replacement, your bracelet must be connected, and you’ll need to send us a photo of the damaged item.
Charms: We are pleased to offer a one-time replacement for any broken charms under our warranty. To qualify, you must provide your original order number and a photo of the broken charm when making a warranty claim. Please note that once the charm has been replaced, any additional replacements will incur a charge.
Engraved Items: We are pleased to offer a one-time replacement for any broken engraved items under our warranty. To qualify, you must provide your original order number and a photo of the broken engraved item when making a warranty claim. Please note that once the engraved item has been replaced, any additional replacements will incur a charge.
Other Products: Items such as Little Layers, Lanyards, Bag Charms, Necklaces, and other items are also covered under our warranty. For these items, a clear photo of the damaged product must be submitted via email for review.
What’s Not Covered?
Tarnishing and Discoloration: Exposure to water, sweat, chemicals (like sunscreen, hand sanitizer, or perfume), or ordinary wear and tear can cause tarnishing, which is not covered under this warranty.
Lost or Stolen Items: Our warranty does not cover items that have been lost, stolen, or misplaced.
Sizing Issues: Our warranty does not cover sizing issues from ordering or purchasing the wrong size.
Final sale/Warehouse purchases: Our warranty does not cover items marked as final sale or purchased in a warehouse sale.
Restringing or Word Changes: We do not offer restringing services or the ability to change the word on a bracelet through our warranty process. Warranty coverage is limited to a gift card when applicable.
Important Note on Limited-Edition Items:
Some of our pieces are part of limited-edition collections or exclusive launches and may not be restocked. This also includes our custom bracelet patterns, which are constantly evolving based on new styles and seasonal offerings. We cannot guarantee that we’ll be able to replicate an item that is no longer available.
How to File a Warranty Claim:
- Take a Clear Photo: Snap a picture of the damaged item, ensuring it shows the issue clearly.
- Email Us: Send your photo along with a brief description to [email protected]. Make sure to include your order number or proof of purchase.
- Our Team Will Review: Once we receive your claim, we’ll review it to determine if it’s eligible under our warranty.
Additional Notes:
- Little Words Project® reserves the right to deny any claims that do not meet the outlined criteria.
- We cannot process any warranty claims without a clear photo of the damaged item. Claims submitted without photo evidence may be denied and, in most cases, will be denied at our discretion.
