If a chargeback is initiated with your bank or payment provider before your order has been processed or shipped, Little Words Project reserves the right to cancel the order immediately.

Once a chargeback is opened, the transaction is considered disputed and is handled directly by the payment provider. Because of this, we are unable to continue processing or fulfilling the order.

If you have questions or concerns about your order, we always recommend reaching out to our team at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback. We are happy to help resolve most issues quickly and directly.
