What is your bracelet warranty and what does it cover?Updated 6 months ago

We are proud to offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty on our bracelets. If your bracelet breaks or you encounter any issues, we are happy to issue an e-gift card for the item's value, allowing you to purchase something new from our website. 

Please note that our standard warranty does not cover normal tarnishing due to average wear and tear. We recommend removing your bracelets before exposure to chemicals like sunscreen, hand sanitizer, bug spray, or perfume to avoid tarnishing. Additionally, our warranty does not cover sizing issues from ordering or purchasing the wrong size.

If you find that your bracelet has a manufacturing defect or a pattern that fades prematurely, we offer options such as a replacement or a gift card to choose something different from our collection. 

For any warranty claim, we will require a photo of the bracelet for review as well as the bracelet being connected on our site here. The warranty covers the cost of the item and not include shipping or tax costs.
