We now offer Delivery Protection on all orders placed at littlewordsproject.com! This feature helps ensure your package arrives safely from our door to yours.
If your order is lost in transit, delivered to the wrong address, or arrives with missing items, our team will take care of it.
How It Works
Delivery Protection covers the following situations:
Orders marked “delivered” that never arrive.
Packages damaged during shipping.
Shipments missing one or more items upon arrival.
Once your claim is approved, our Customer Experience Team will arrange a replacement order at no cost to you.
Delivery Protection does not change our existing policy:
Refunds will not be issued for missing or lost packages covered under Delivery Protection.
Approved claims will result in a replacement order only.
All replacements will ship to the original address on file.
If your item is no longer available, our team will help select an equivalent replacement of equal value.
How to File a Claim
