What is Checkout+?

Checkout+ is an optional add-on you can purchase at checkout that gives you free returns for that order. Instead of paying a return shipping fee later, you pay a small fee upfront for added peace of mind.

Do I have to purchase Checkout+?

No! Checkout+ is completely optional. If you choose not to add Checkout+, you can still make a return as long as your order meets our return policy. Standard return shipping or processing fees may apply.

What does Checkout+ include?

When you purchase Checkout+, you'll receive free return shipping for eligible returns on that order. Please note that all returns must still meet our return policy requirements.

Can I add Checkout+ after I place my order?

Unfortunately, no. Checkout+ can only be added during checkout and cannot be purchased after your order has been placed.

Is the Checkout+ fee refundable?

No. Because Checkout+ is an optional service that becomes active once your order is placed, the fee itself is non-refundable.

I purchased Checkout+. How do I use it?

Simply visit our Returns Portal and start your return as usual. If your order is eligible, your Checkout+ benefits will automatically be applied.

What if I didn't purchase Checkout+?

No worries! You can still submit a return through our Returns Portal if your order qualifies. Any applicable return shipping or processing fees will be shown during the return process.

Does Checkout+ change your return policy?

No. Checkout+ only covers eligible return shipping costs. All items must still meet our return policy, including any eligibility requirements, return windows, and exclusions.

I purchased Checkout+ by mistake. Can it be removed?

Because Checkout+ is an optional service selected during checkout, we're unable to remove or refund it after an order has been placed.
