Please note:

• You may have more than one word as long as it does not exceed 13 characters.
• Letter, number, :), <3, !, #, &, and : characters only.
• You can add a birthstone, zodiac, or initial charm for an additional $10 each (up to 3 charms).
• Only the patterns and colors that appear on the Custom page can be customized. We are unable to customize collection patterns or use different color beads for custom patterns.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order that violates any intellectual property or trademark laws including company names and/or profanity (curse words). In the event that an unauthorized word or phrase is used, we will reach out to you to change or cancel your order.
• Colors cannot be changed or customized.
