What does “processing time” mean?

Processing time is the time it takes for your order to be:

• Created (if applicable)
• Assembled
• Prepared for shipment

This happens before your order ships.

How long will my order take?

Processing times vary depending on the type of item:

• Ready-to-ship items: Process quickly
• Made-to-order items: Typically 7–10 business days
• Custom items: Typically 7–10 business days

Once your order ships, delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Why is my order arriving after a holiday if orders before a cut-off?

During high-volume periods, some items will have delivery dates after the holiday due to processing timelines.

If this applies to your order:

• The estimated delivery date at checkout will reflect this timing
• A cart note may appear to confirm delivery will occur after the holiday

We strongly recommend reviewing this date before placing your order, as it is the most accurate delivery estimate.

Can processing times be expedited?

At this time, made-to-order and custom items cannot be expedited beyond their standard processing timelines, especially during high-volume periods.

Why can’t my order be rushed?

Each made-to-order and custom item is created individually. During peak seasons, our teams are working at full capacity to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible while maintaining quality.
