Exchanges are on us, while returns may be subject to handling fees!

When you check out, you’ll have the option to add Checkout+, which covers the cost of eligible returns for that order.

If you purchased Checkout+, your eligible return is free.

If you didn’t purchase Checkout+, a return or handling fee may apply. Don’t worry—you’ll see any applicable fee before you complete your return or exchange in our Returns Portal.

Checkout+ is completely optional and does not change our return or exchange eligibility requirements.
