Q: I received the right product but the personalization is wrong

(wrong word, color, or charm). What now?

A: This is our mistake and we'll fix it. Please send a photo of

what you received along with your order number. We'll remake

your bracelet with the correct personalization.


Q: An item is missing from my order.

A: We're sorry for the incomplete order! Please send a photo of

what you received and your order number. We'll send the missing

item as soon as we confirm.


Q: Do I need to return the wrong item?

A: In most cases, you do not need to return the wrong item.

Our team will confirm this when processing your replacement.


Q: How long does it take to receive a replacement?

A: Once we verify the error, we'll send your replacement within

our standard processing time (1–3 business days for standard

items, 7–10 business days for custom/personalized items).


Q: Why do you need a photo?

A: A photo helps us verify the error and improve our fulfillment

process to prevent it from happening again. It also allows us

to process your replacement faster.


Q: Can I get a refund instead of a replacement?
