Sometimes, packages are scanned for delivery before your local mail carrier physically drops them off–––frustrating, we know!
You may receive your order within 5 business days after your tracking status is updated to "delivered." We kindly ask for your patience, as we are unable to take action until these 5 business days have passed.
If your order still hasn’t arrived, no worries! Simply reach out to us at [email protected] within 30 days of the delivery notification, and we’ll be happy to assist in getting a replacement sent out to you. Please note that we are unable to offer refunds for orders confirmed as delivered but not received.
