I received a delivery notification, but my package has not arrived. What steps should I take?Updated 12 days ago

Sometimes packages are scanned “delivered” before your local mail carrier physically drops them off — frustrating, we know.

You may receive your order within 5 business days after your tracking status updates to “delivered.” We kindly ask for your patience, as we are unable to take action until these 5 business days have passed.

If your order still hasn’t arrived, no worries. Please reach out to us at [email protected] within 30 days of the delivery notification, and we’ll be happy to help get a replacement sent out to you. Please note that we are unable to offer refunds for orders confirmed as delivered but not received.

Repeat Missing Packages Policy

To keep your orders safe and reliable:

  • After two separate orders to the same address are reported as “delivered, not received,” that address will be flagged in our system.

  • Once flagged, we will require a new shipping address for any future orders.

  • We are unable to continue sending replacements to a flagged address. Any future delivery issues will need to be resolved directly with your local post office or the carrier, who are best equipped to investigate delivery concerns in your area.

Helpful options for your next order include shipping to a workplace, PO Box, or trusted alternate address.
