I got the wrong item in my order. What do I do now?Updated 4 days ago

We’re so sorry for the mix-up! There are two easy ways to get this resolved:

  1. Use our return platform:
    Head to our Return Portal and select “Wrong Item Received” as your reason. You’ll be able to upload photos, generate a free return label, and request the correct item—especially for bracelet exchanges.

  2. Or, email us directly:
    Send a message to [email protected] with:

  • A photo of your packing slip

  • A photo of the items you received

We do require these photos to process any replacements. 

Please note:

  • You can request the originally purchased item to be resent, but fulfillment is subject to availability. If the item is out of stock, we’ll follow up with alternative options.

  • If you prefer not to receive the original item, you can choose to return the incorrect item for a full refund instead.
