We’re so sorry for the mix-up! There are two easy ways to get this resolved:
Use our return platform:
Head to our Return Portal and select “Wrong Item Received” as your reason. You’ll be able to upload photos, generate a free return label, and request the correct item—especially for bracelet exchanges.Or, email us directly:
Send a message to [email protected] with:
A photo of your packing slip
A photo of the items you received
We do require these photos to process any replacements.
Please note:
You can request the originally purchased item to be resent, but fulfillment is subject to availability. If the item is out of stock, we’ll follow up with alternative options.
If you prefer not to receive the original item, you can choose to return the incorrect item for a full refund instead.
