Some of our bracelets are Made-to-Order, meaning they're crafted specifically when your order is placed, even if you didn't select any personalizations. The product page won't always make this obvious, and we know that can be frustrating.

 If your order confirmation includes a note like "This item takes 7–9 business days to process," your item is MTO and follows a longer timeline.
