We gladly accept returns and exchanges for eligible products within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Orders placed with store credit can only be refunded in store credit. Start your return or exchange on our portal here.
Orders placed between November 21st and December 25th 2025, are eligible for return or exchange, provided they meet our return conditions through January 16th 2025.
Sale, Custom, Engraved, Mystery Bags, Gift Cards, and Mystery Bracelets are final sale.
Items purchased during promotional periods that are marked as Final Sale will be labeled as such at checkout and are not eligible for return.
Please note that returned merchandise must be undamaged. If your item is damaged and your purchase date falls outside of our standard return window, please contact [email protected] and we’ll be happy to help you.
Little Words Project does not schedule carrier pickups for returns. If you choose to arrange a pickup, it must be set up directly with the carrier, and any associated fees are the customer’s responsibility. You can also drop off your package at any carrier location that accepts the label on your return.
Just a friendly reminder that all returns must be shipped using the return label provided by Little Words Project for the specific item in that order. At this time, we’re unable to accept returns sent without our label, and each return must be shipped separately using its designated label.
