Build Your Own Charm Story: You can choose individual charms that will come in separate packages, allowing you to assemble them however you like on a base of your choice. You can pick base bracelet or necklace, and the charms and base can be returned individually.

Customizing Your Bracelet: When you use the customizer to create a word bracelet, the charms will arrive already attached to the bracelet. While custom bracelets are always final sale, you are able to start a return for your charm selection through our return portal.

Individual Charms: These charms are sold separately and come packaged individually, so you can mix and match on your own. Each charm can be returned individually.

Premade Charm Bracelets: These ready-to-wear bracelets come fully assembled with the charms already attached. If you wish to return a premade charm bracelet, the entire bracelet must be returned as one item.
