Not all of our pieces are created the same way 💛 While items may not always be explicitly labeled as “custom,” “made to order,” or “ready to ship,” you can determine how your item is fulfilled by checking the estimated delivery date and processing time on the product page.
Here’s how it works:
Custom & Made to Order Pieces
These items are created after your order is placed.
Custom Bracelets (Final Sale):
- Designed by you using our customizer (choose your word, letters, or charms)
- Includes styles like Custom Little Layers
- Final sale and cannot be canceled, changed, or returned
Made to Order Pieces:
- Pre-designed styles that are not pre-made
- Not personalized, but still created after your order is placed
- Eligible for return or exchange (unless marked final sale)
Processing Time for Both:
- 7–10 business days
- Custom Little Layers may take up to 16 days to process
Ready to Ship Items
These are already made and ready to go.
- In stock and pre-made
- Shortest processing time and fastest estimated delivery
- Ships quickly from our warehouse
- Eligible for return or exchange (unless marked final sale)
How to Know Which One You’re Buying
Since items are not always explicitly labeled, the best way to tell is:
- Check the estimated delivery date at checkout
- Review the processing time listed on the product page
Quick guide:
- Longer delivery window → Custom or made to order
- Shorter delivery window → Ready to ship
Rush Services: Faster Processing & Priority Shipping
We’re excited to offer Rush Services for customers who need their order a little sooner.
What Is Rush Services?
Rush Services is an optional paid upgrade that speeds up both processing and shipping for eligible items.
With Rush Services:
- Processing time is reduced from 7–10 business days to 3 business days
- Your order ships via USPS Priority Shipping once processing is complete
What Items Are Eligible?
Rush Services is available for a limited selection of:
- Select custom items
- Select non-custom items
- Select charms
Not all products are eligible for Rush Services.
Why Don’t I See Rush Services at Checkout?
If Rush Services is not appearing as an option at checkout, it means that one or more items in your cart are not eligible.
To use Rush Services, all items in your cart must be eligible. Removing ineligible items may allow the Rush option to appear.
Important Notes Before You Checkout
- Rush Services must be selected at checkout
- Once an order is placed, Rush Services cannot be added
- No changes can be made to Rush orders after checkout
- No item changes
- No customization edits
- No shipping address updates
- Rush Services is a processing upgrade, not a guaranteed delivery date
- Processing time begins after your order is placed
- Shipping transit times are determined by the carrier once the package leaves our facility
- Rush fees are non-refundable once an order is placed
