Can I get my rewards points back after redeeming a code?Updated 5 days ago

Once a reward code has been redeemed, we’re unable to return the points to your account—even if the code wasn’t used at checkout!

The good news is that your reward code stays active for 90 days from the date it was redeemed and can be applied to a future purchase of full-price items.

Please note that:

• Rewards can’t be combined with other discounts, promotions, or sale items.

• Only one reward code can be used per order.

• If your cart only contains discounted or promotional items, the reward code will not apply.
